What Do We Do?

Carol's Event Staffing, Inc. (CES) provides professional serving and bartending staff to private and corporate events. CES's clientele may range from a private home needing assistance for a formal dinner party or even casual barbeque, to a corporation, club or caterer requiring servers for a large banquet.

Carol's Event Staffing, Inc.'s goal is to offer the best professional wait staff and bartending service to corporate and private events, while also providing either long or short-term employment opportunities that fit staff's lifestyle or help to achieve their own goals at the time.

Our History

Carol's Event Staffing, Inc. has been doing business in Chicago and surrounding suburbs since 1994. Carol Brewer, founder and president, actively participates in all aspects of the business. When CES originally opened its doors, Carol worked solo in a small basement office in a residential area of Chicago's Lakeview. Business was booming, so in 1999 CES moved into a new, more spacious storefront in Lakeview / North Center, where the strips of shops and services continue to grow amongst the popular neighborhood.

Today...

passersby walk right in to get information or to discuss an upcoming event. Others, unfamiliar with this service, are undoubtedly intrigued by the anonymous 1930s print that hangs in the window depicting two waiters in full tuxedo, serving trays poised overhead, balancing gracefully on steel high beams of The Waldorf during its construction. Thus, an impressive and unforgettable image.

Our Office Team

Our courteous and knowledgeable office team is here to assist and answer questions regarding your event. We advise on any details on our end from start time to numbers of staff; but we also are well informed in all aspects of the industry. We are happy to make recommendations regarding caterers, venues, rental companies, etc.

We work hard at knowing our staff's individual strengths and we place them on events accordingly. We take the time with you before an event to get the match right. And we always follow up afterward to ensure you were thrilled with the service from Carol's Event Staffing, Inc.

You are our key to maintaining the highest quality service. We welcome and encourage your feedback! Besides a follow-up call after a special event a comment card is sent to you. Compliments, remarks, and suggestions are always passed on to our staff.

We keep confidential, but detailed client information. If you entertain often, there's no need in repeating specifics like directions or preferred staff every time.

Clients are our best advertisers! Much of our new business comes by word of mouth. We always send a gift certificate in appreciation for the referral!
